Presenting: Distinctive Antique Reproduction child doll marked 94 with an incised star, originally made in France circa 1889 to 1901 by Henri Alexandre and later by Jules Nicholas Steiner and known as Phenix Bebe.

This doll is an Automaton moving her arms up and down and her head side to side while playing the music “Blue Danube”

Beautiful painting.

Poured in finest “Lady White” porcelain and with many layers of China paint meticulously applied and firings in between each layer.

The skin tone is very lovely and pale and with eye shadow

She wears earrings and matching bracelet of Genuine Swarovski Crème Pearls.

This doll features finest solid glass paperweight eyes by Hand Glass Craft of England in light blue color.

Fine long, Australian mohair wig, in Honey Blonde color with center part, bangs and soft curls.

The body is by New York Doll Products. The doll works with a wind-up mechanism that is activated by turning the key that protrudes from her back. Head and lower arms are porcelain. To ensure the operation of the mechanism, the upper arms are wire.

This doll takes more than a month to make and requires many steps to complete.

The very finest Genuine Antique laces have been used on both the cotton batiste undergarments and the dress and bonnet.

The dress is highest quality pure silk taffeta in a burgundy-wine color, with laces added to resemble a costume from an Antique Automaton. The dress and jacket, bear Emily’s hand-woven label inside. The dress features a very rare Antique lace over the skirt and ruffled French laces at the front embellished with a beautiful black glass gilded button. The fully lined jacket has matching ruffled lace at the sleeve bottoms and at the back.

The bonnet is embellished with a very rare Antique French Alencon lace ruffle.

Her cotton socks are hand-knitted and she has silk shoes.

She holds a hand-woven straw basket containing paper flowers.

The base of the stand is wood that is covered in cotton velvet and metallic trims are added around it. The bottom is covered in genuine leather with Emily’s woven label sewn on. To assure that the doll does not appear to slant to the back, two pieces of cork have been added under the back part of the stand. This is because the doll body comes with screws protruding from her feet that bolt onto the doll stand at an angle that could not be changed.

The doll itself is 17 inches & from the bottom of the base to the top of the hat brim is 20 inches.

The doll will come carefully packed in a brand-new food cooler and be sent by Canada Post Expedited mail with a tracking number.
