This was the doll for which Pintel & Godchaux was best known, called Le Bébé Charmant, was made from 1889 to 1899 in France

This head is a Masterpiece with flawless painting done in October of 2011

This head was poured in finest "Lady white" porcelain with many layers of China paint applied meticulously with up to 6 firings in between

This is one of the hardest French dolls to paint. She has enormous eyes, giving her a very unique look among French Bébés

Finest lustrous Australian mohair wig in lovely palest strawberry blonde color with center part and soft curls with bangs.

Head circumference 11 1/2 inches

Fits any 16.5 to 17.5 inch French child body to be a finished 21 to 22 inch doll.
