Presenting.. French Bébé Antique Reproduction doll HEAD ONLY originally made by Emile-Louis Jumeau circa 1886 to 1889
This is an unusual Jumeau marked 12, it is known as Jumeau DEP with open mouth and inset porcelain teeth.
She is absolutely breathtaking! So adorable with her cute little dimples, open mouth with separate inset porcelain teeth that just make you smile when you see her in front of you!
Please Note: she has a pinprick size dark spot on the doll’s right cheek as can be seen in the close up photos.
Extra Fine Painting this is a superb HEAD painted in December of 2010
Poured in "Magnolia white" porcelain and with many layers of China paint meticulously applied and firings in between each layer
The skin tone is very lovely and pale and with eye shadow
She wears earrings of clear faceted glass beads in pale yellow color.
This head features the ultimate in French Paperweight hand blown solid glass eyes in Hazel color by Hand Glass Craft of England the costliest eyes available
Her wig is finest Australian high lustre mohair in platinum color with center part and soft curls.
This head fits a 13 to 14 inch French reproduction body to make into a 17 to 18 inch doll
