A MOST FABULOUS French Bébé Antique Reproduction doll originally made by the firm of Bru circa 1885

Marked Bru jne 10 this doll is one of several Bru jne 10 models that I own and she has the most remarkable modeling with a precious elusive look.

This doll was beautifully painted in February of 2012

Poured in “Lady White” porcelain and with many layers of China paint meticulously applied and firings in between each layer

The skin tone is very lovely and pale and with eye shadow

She wears earrings and matching necklace of genuine freshwater pearls, Genuine Swarovski crystals with metallic gold seed beads.

This doll features the very finest French Paperweight hand blown solid glass eyes in light brown color by Hand Glass Craft of England

Very fine pale ash blonde Australian mohair wig with center part, bangs and soft curls, especially made for Emily Hart dolls.

Extra Fine Painting ... this doll was just too good to sell as a "Head Only".... so I decided to offer her as a finished doll with fabulous outfit made by Mary Lambeth that is one I have been saving for a very special doll.

On a reproduction French Child Body by Dick Grube, with authentic bru style lower arms

The wonderful ONE OF A KIND costume is made with Vintage striped silk taffeta and hand dyed new silk taffeta, with delicate genuine Antique laces. A very hard to find Antique flower trim embellishes the front neck and around the sleeve seams with hand made tiny tatting just below the neck trim. Piping adds an extra touch to this fabulous dress with matching ruched bonnet. Both dress back and bonnet front feature big pure silk bows. Dress and bonnet are fully lined in cotton.

The undergarments consist of 100% cotton bloomers and half slip with hand knitted silk/rayon socks and silk taffeta French style shoes in matching silk as the dress.

This doll stands 15 inches and 17 inches including the bonnet brim.
