Presenting: French Bébé Antique Reproduction doll originally made by the firm of Bru circa 1885 Marked Bru jne R

PLEASE NOTE IN REGARD TO PRICING THAT DOLLMAKING IS EMILY HART’S LIVING AND NOT JUST A HOBBY.

This doll was painted in 2010 though it was engraved with the year 2009 please note that the eyebrows are "mis-matched" on purpose as the Antique dolls were painted this way.

Poured in "Magnolia white" porcelain and with many layers of China paint meticulously applied and firings in between each layer

Please note... This doll is signed but not engraved with Emily's signature.

The skin tone is lovely pale and with eye shadow

She wears lovely genuine freshwater pearl earrings with matching necklace

This doll features the very finest French Paperweight hand blown solid glass eyes by HAND GLASS CRAFT OF ENGLAND in wonderful “light blue” color with fabulous threading.

This doll has the finest Australian mohair wig in palest strawberry blonde blonde color.

Beautiful Extra fine Painting

The body is by Seeley’s though the lower arms are authentic Bru in porcelain by Emily Hart

She is dressed in a most beautiful pure Shantung Silk dress in Copenhagen blue that perfectly matches her eyes, with Vintage Tambour net lace overlay and with matching wired bonnet. The dress and bonnet are embellished with handmade flowers.

Undergarments of bloomers and corset style full petticoat are made with pure silk shantung fabric in light golden beige color and trimmed in lovely laces and ribbons.

Socks are hand knitted silk/rayon and shoes are the very finest genuine leather.

This doll stands 24 inches and 29 inches including the bonnet…
