Presenting: French Bébé Antique Reproduction Milette size doll originally made the firm of Bru circa 1885

Marked Bru jne 11, this is from the Seeley Mold called "Shandele IV"

Very few Milette size dolls will be offered for sale.

This doll was painted in 2011 with Extra fine painting.
Poured in "Magnolia white" porcelain and with many layers of China paint meticulously applied and firings in between each layer

The skin tone is wonderfully pale, and with eye shadow

This head features the very finest French Paperweight hand blown solid glass eyes in extra light blue color by HAND GLASS CRAFT OF ENGLAND Please note that the color of blue eyes is hard to capture and may appear brighter than they are.

This doll features the very finest Australian mohair wig in Antique blonde color with center part, and soft curls, and curly bangs.

Very fine Reproduction French style composition body by Joyce's doll bodies.
She wears glass bead earrings and matching necklace.

She is dressed in an exceptional ONE OF A KIND costume of dress and bonnet, made with pure silk taffetas, genuine Antique laces, and handmade flowers by Mary Lambeth.
Her undergarments are 100% cotton bloomers and half slip. Hand knitted silk/rayon socks and silk taffeta shoes in the French style with silk rosettes.

This doll is 11 inches tall and 12.5 inches including bonnet brim.
