Presenting: All-bisque 10 inch “Hilda” toddler. Originally made by J.D. Kestner in Germany.

Head poured in “Lady White” fine porcelain with many layers of China paint meticulously applied and firings in between.

Body poured in “French Bisque” porcelain.

She features and open mouth with two tiny porcelain teeth.

I feel she has an exceptional “presence” that is just very hard to get. This is one of those dolls I am finding it really hard to let go…

Her eyes are actual ANTIQUE hand blown hollow glass German eyes in blue colour.

Her wig is finest mohair from Australia.

This doll was made some years ago and kept aside to be dressed for Emily’s own collection, however, there are just too many dolls here waiting to be dressed and I am old now at 75 years, so I have to list some for sale as is.

I just know I will never get them all finished, especially when I have new heads to make.
