Presenting.. French Bébé Antique Reproduction porcelain doll originally made by Emile-Louis Jumeau circa 1892...

This very unique head was made by Jumeau for the firm of Roullet & Decamps, mechanical toy makers from 1892-1930.

This head was painted in 2009

Poured in "Alaska Bisque " porcelain and with many layers of China paint meticulously applied and firings in between each layer

The skin tone is ultra pale ... she has eye shadow

She wears earrings of genuine freshwater pearls

This head features very finest Jumeau Reproduction French Paperweight hand blown solid glass eyes by Schoepher's in blue color with radiating threading.

This doll features fine mohair wig in ash blonde color with all over soft curls in short style

Her composition 13.5 inch French Child Body was made by Joyce's doll bodies of Oregon with lower porcelain arms made in Authentic Jumeau style

She is dressed in silk velvet hand-dyed fabric with pale gold color silk taffeta with embroidery and velvet flowers dress with matching bonnet. This ONE OF A KIND confection is embellished with Genuine Antique laces of the most exquisite and rare variety with tiny metallic trim at the neckline. Vintage silk flowers, and leaves as well as various bows and unusual vintage trims adorn the exquisite spoon style bonnet by Mary Lambeth.

Undergarments are 100% cotton bloomers and half slip with hand knitted silk/rayon socks and French style shoes made to match the dress.

She is 17.75 inches tall (45cm) and 20 inches with the bonnet on (51cm)
